About Innova
The Innova Partnership is dedicated to delivering high-quality construction projects with a commitment to sustainability and innovation in London and the south east.
Through the Partnership, we have the opportunity to revitalise underutilised railway land and bring new life to communities.
Innova is a 50/50 public private partnership between Network Rail and the infrastructure and property developer IJM who has a successful track record of delivering new homes in Tower Hamlets.
Through this collaborative, partnership-driven approach, Innova will deliver development on or adjoining rail land in order to contribute to the sustainable development of infrastructure and new homes in the UK.
Public Consultation
We held a public event on Thursday 17 July 3.30pm - 7pm at Toynbee Hall, 28 Commercial Street, E1 6LS.
There were information boards on display outlining the emerging proposals and members of the team were hand to answer any questions.
The deadline for feedback submission is Friday 1st August.
